Absolutely! Camp is the perfect place to start. We work with all levels. After group warm-up, campers are split into sub-groups by ability level giving each athlete the time and opportunity to get acclimated to new drills and skills. Our coaches are able to provide proper technical instruction and help them build a solid foundation. The sub-groups allow our athletes to learn amongst... and compete with... others at their level. This type of fun and challenging atmosphere drives motivation and builds confidence in our campers. It is always the right time to begin Sports Performance Training. Camp Duke is a Sports Performance Enhancement program that focuses on speed, agility, & strength to increase overall athleticism. Sessions run 90 minutes per day. Sport-Specific Breakout Sessions make up the last 30-minute segment of each session.
The Duke Academy also offers various sport-specific clinics, workshops, and camps throughout the year in addition to custom & 1:1 individualized training. On our Enrollment Page, you will find all of the available options currently offered at any given point in the year.
No. Our program is designed to be flexible. Once registered, you are welcome to attend any session time on any given day.
Water, energy, and an impeccable attitude. Wear comfortable athletic clothing with tennis shoes that tie. No cleats.

Our Fall/Winter/Spring Group Training Sessions are recommended for continued improvement in sports performance.
